We are a cross-unit and cross-location AI, tech and experience team. With more than 50 developers, AI & Fullstack engineers, UX designers and consultants working directly with other WongDoody teams, we are team players and specialists - oth in frontend and backend. As part of Infosys, we belong to a leading global technology company with access to solutions and extensive know-how in the fields of commerce, marketing automation and AI, among others.

We are now looking for a Solution Architect who designs scalable cloud and AI platforms on Google Cloud—connecting systems, data, and intelligence into robust, future-ready architectures.

What you can expect

Architecture & Platform Design

• Design cloud architectures for digital products, data platforms, and AI-driven solutions on GCP
• Define end-to-end system architecture across data, services, and AI workflows
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and long-term viability of architectural decisions

Integration & System Landscape

• Define interfaces, integration patterns, and system interactions
• Assess existing enterprise landscapes and design integration strategies (e.g. SAP, CDP, CMS, DAM)
• Connect data sources, AI models, and content systems into a coherent architecture

Scalability, Governance & Collaboration

• Define security concepts, operating models, and architectural guardrails
• Make informed decisions on compute, storage, messaging, identity, observability, and deployment
• Work closely with engineering, security, and business teams to establish a viable target architecture
• Balance MVP thinking with long-term platform scalability
• Help teams reduce complexity and choose the right technical setup
• Contribute to RFPs, pitches, and the development of visionary architecture concepts

What we'd love to see

• Several years of experience in system architecture (cloud, data, APIs)
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a comparable technical leadership role
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform
• Deep understanding of platform design and modular architectures
• Experience integrating complex enterprise systems
• Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly and effectively
• Confident in client-facing settings, with the ability to engage and advise senior stakeholders (e.g. CTOs)
• Experience in Buy vs. Build decisions
