As an embedded Senior Project Manager, you will serve as a critical operational partner directly supporting the regional LATAM shopping marketing team. This role is designed to optimize growth marketing logistics and ensure the seamless execution of diverse marketing initiatives, including market research projects, creator communications, event marketing and production, and compelling case studies. You will leverage your project management expertise to manage complex workflows, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and drive timely completion, directly contributing to the team's ability to scale and deliver high-impact results in Spanish Speaking- LATAM.
Responsibilities:
Directly support Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) focusing on project management for marketing initiatives across various channels.
Support the planning and execution of various marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Manage and coordinate campaign requests, creative briefs, assets, feedback, handoffs, and timelines between partners, including creative agencies, internal marketing teams, YouTube stakeholders, and other partner stakeholders (e.g., networks, partnerships).
Build, manage, and maintain comprehensive project trackers with campaign updates from PMMs, ensuring transparent and up-to-date information.
Ability to adapt easily, efficiently and evolve with changing priorities, directions, and projects.
Demonstrate excellent time management and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of dedicated project management or marketing experience within a dynamic marketing or operational environment, preferably supporting e-commerce/social-commerce or technology brands.
Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder marketing projects from initiation through completion.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end marketing campaign lifecycle, including creative development, media execution, and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
A proactive problem-solver with a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish (fluent proficiency required) and English are mandatory.
Passion and understanding of the Creator Ecosystem
You are a "process-oriented" thinker who finds joy in a perfectly organized spreadsheet or Gantt chart.
You understand the nuances of the LATAM creator economy and YouTube landscape.
You know how to push an agency to deliver their best work while maintaining a collaborative, professional relationship.
