We are hiring a Senior Sales Engagement Partner to lead growth across the TMEGS vertical within Monks Tech Services.
This is not a traditional account management role. We are looking for a senior enterprise seller and transformation strategist who can:
create and shape large transformation opportunities,
engage C-level technology and business leaders,
orchestrate complex pursuits,
and position Monks Tech Services as a next-generation AI-native transformation partner.
The ideal candidate understands how to sell modernization outcomes — not just technology services.
This individual will be responsible for originating and expanding enterprise opportunities across areas including:
AI transformation
Cloud modernization
Data and platform engineering
Enterprise workflow transformation
Operational AI
Customer and employee digital experiences
Intelligent automation
This role requires executive presence, consultative selling capability, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations and partner ecosystems.
Own and drive strategic growth across assigned TMEGS accounts and target enterprises
Build executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COO organizations, digital leaders, and business stakeholders
Identify, originate, qualify, and close large transformation opportunities
Lead complex enterprise pursuits from discovery through deal closure
Develop strategic account growth plans and multi-quarter opportunity pipelines
Drive proactive opportunity creation rather than reactive account management
Position Monks Tech Services around AI-native transformation and operational modernization
Translate client business challenges into measurable transformation outcomes
Lead consultative conversations around:
AI operationalization
Cloud modernization
Data platform transformation
Workflow automation
Platform engineering
Intelligent operations
Partner closely with solution architects, engineering teams, and practice leaders to shape differentiated solutions
Facilitate executive workshops, discovery sessions, and transformation discussions
Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders
Present strategic recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps
Navigate complex enterprise buying processes and multi-stakeholder environments
Collaborate with hyperscaler and ecosystem partners including Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, and strategic ISVs
Identify co-sell and funding opportunities through partner programs
Help position Monks Tech Services in strategic enterprise transformation initiatives
Partner with delivery, engineering, consulting, and executive leadership teams
Provide market feedback and help shape go-to-market strategy
Mentor junior sales and client engagement team members
Help evolve Monks Tech Services’ positioning in the market
10+ years of enterprise technology sales, consulting, or transformation experience
Proven experience selling large-scale enterprise transformation engagements
Strong understanding of:
AI and GenAI enterprise adoption
Cloud transformation
Enterprise applications and integrations
Data modernization
Digital transformation
Experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients
Track record of building and closing complex multi-million-dollar deals
Executive-level communication and presentation skills
Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities
Experience collaborating with technical and delivery organizations
Ability to operate in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
Experience selling AI-native or cloud-native transformation services
Experience working with hyperscaler ecosystems (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure)
Background in consulting, digital transformation, or systems integration
Understanding of operational AI and intelligent workflow automation
Existing enterprise relationships within TMEGS industries
Experience leading strategic pursuit teams
Creation of new strategic enterprise opportunities
Increased executive engagement within target accounts
Growth in AI and modernization-led transformation deals
Expansion of Monks Tech Services within strategic enterprise clients
Development of long-term executive partnerships
