Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Recruiting:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates and proactively source candidates for technical positions, with a focus on quality and diversity globally**

  • Pipeline Building:**

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings across all the areas of Apply Digital

  • Regularly update candidate pipelines and track progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates**

  • Collaboration:**

  • Partner closely with the talent team and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each role

  • Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and collaborate on strategies to attract top talent**

  • Candidate Management:**

  • Provide great candidate experience and able to articulate candidates skills and experience to hiring managers

  • Initiate and maintain contact with potential candidates through various channels, ensuring a positive candidate experience

  • Effectively communicate the company's values, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates**

  • Market Research:**

  • Stay informed about industry trends, talent pools, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for talent acquisition strategies.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential areas for talent acquisition and recruitment improvements.**

  • Stakeholder Management**

  • Work as an internal consultant and provide your insights into the market to hiring managers

  • Strong business acumen to help bring broader business and organizational goals into context as it relates to recruitment

What you need:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the technology, professional services or consulting space.

  • Strong understanding of technology and IT roles, including software development, engineering, data science, and related fields.

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media platforms, and job boards. Such as Lever, and Get On Board.

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
