Now, about the opportunity: In the Talent Discovery Team Lead role, you’ll work to lead, train, and support your team for their development. You’ll plan and develop strategies for talent acquisition. You’ll help your team and Hiring Managers to search, find, and attract the best talent in the market. You’ll be responsible of positioning Media.Monks in the market as the best talent attraction brand in the world.

In this role you will:

  • Lead, train, and support the team to understand better the internal processes and develop them.

  • Carry out the KPIs of the area and show the results to management.

  • Ensure process compliance.

  • Implement new and innovative ways of working.

  • Manage conflicting situations and act as a facilitator of solutions for the team.

  • Coordinate the projects that are generated inter-vertically.

  • Being an ambassador of the Media.Monks culture for all stakeholders.

  • Know the strengths and weaknesses of the team.

  • Know how to delegate and trust the team.

  • Participate in the implementation, maintenance, and communication of Information Security controls and activities in line with the policies and procedures defined and aligned with the Information Security strategy

  • Knowledge of profiles and processes of the different specialties within the organization.

  • Assure that candidates receive an excellent experience in all their processes.

  • Make sure that diversity and inclusion are part of all our processes.

Experience you already have:

  • Careers linked to HR: Human Resources, Psychology, similar.

  • Language: English intermediate

  • 6+ years of experience in the area.

  • 2+ years leading or supervising recruitment teams.

  • Additional training: agile methodologies, different recruitment software, interview strategies.

  • Experience in Agile Talent Acquisition and usage of recruitment tools.

  • Experience in people development (plus).

  • Experience in agile environments.

  • Strategic vision: the ability to understand the needs of the business and act in accordance with the well-being of the company.

  • Ability to coordinate: the ability to carry out processes simultaneously from beginning to end, coordinating other people and generating the necessary agreements to move with agility.

  • Market knowledge: understanding of the labor market and the main issues of our profiles, ability to estimate efforts and anticipate problems.

  • Ability to communicate with clients: ability to generate bonds of trust with our stakeholders based on the quality of our work. Ability to maintain fluid, dynamic and strategic communication with them.

  • Ability to interact with different working cultures

  • Experience in translating business objectives into concrete action plans.

  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.

  • Excellent criteria in time management and in determining priorities, with little direction.

  • People Management: Ability to generate empathy and harmony with teams and people's needs. Consultative approach, offering scalable solutions.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with initiative and the ability to create networks.
