Talent Lead wanted to join our team in Bangalore India.

The opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Lead you will be an expert in your area, ensuring you deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You will partner with the business in ensuring we attract the best talent and remain a great place to work, keeping up to date with industry tech and trends. You will play an integral part in our everyday success recruiting predominantly permanent candidates across several disciplines.

What you’ll be doing**

  • Own and manage pipelines ensuring delivery across all permanent and contract requirements

  • Take ownership of ensuring requirements are delivered on according to business needs.

  • Help drive best recruitment practice within the business, supporting operational leadership with advice and guidance, training and development, interview frameworks, tools and tactics as required

  • Ensure we are using the best selection strategies to meet current and future business requirements, including online and offline sourcing methodologies (factoring in IR35 etc..)

  • Use internal and external networks to maintain presence in the industry through network events such as holding or co-ordinating local meet ups of developers or other department relevant events

  • Help define the business reputation strategy including online presence and employer rating services such as Glassdoor/Website and LinkedIn

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis and benchmarking

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers to source external candidates to meet the recruitment needs of our internal customers within agreed service targets

  • Help provide comprehensive stats and reports in own business to demonstrate the performance of the service

  • Manage full life-cycle hiring process from forecasting roles, job evaluation, benchmarking, job spec creation, advertising, interviewing and reporting.

  • Build and maintain talent pools of pre-screened candidates

  • Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience

  • Create and deliver recruitment focused projects by undertaking self initiated research

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on resourcing matters by providing advice and guidance to business leaders on best practice resourcing strategies

What we want from you

  • Proven track record in IT and Technology recruitment; preferably in-house but RPO and agency is also considered

  • Experience working across multiple disciplines, managing multiple stakeholders across multiple countries.

  • Demonstrated ability of the end to end recruitment lifecycle in a broad range of technical and digital positions across the whole project life cycle

  • Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take initiative with little direction

  • Excellent working knowledge of Boolean searches (X-Ray search knowledge desirable)

  • Working knowledge of popular job boards and social media sites (such as LinkedIn)

  • Ability to build strong relationships across the business at all levels

  • Highly developed executive search skills (e.g. attraction and selection of talent)

  • Work with hiring managers to create and maintain formal job descriptions

  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive and creative with recruiting practices

  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches and other recruitment reports

  • Experience of working with an ATS system is desirable ideally Greenhouse.

  • IT Skills (Word, Excel)

  • An interest in the digital world, keen to follow industry trends and savvy enough to “talk shop” with technical people
