This role leads the People Analytics and Employee Experience function, ensuring data-driven decision-making and high-impact people initiatives across the organization. The Associate Manager partners with leadership, HR business partners, and operations teams to translate people data into actionable insights while designing seamless, engaging employee journeys that strengthen culture, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the People Analytics roadmap aligned to business priorities
Develop and maintain HR dashboards covering attrition, engagement, hiring metrics, diversity, performance trends, and workforce planning
Analyze employee lifecycle data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improving retention and engagement
Partner with leadership to provide data-backed recommendations for strategic workforce decisions
Drive predictive analytics initiatives to anticipate talent gaps and organizational needs
Ensure data integrity across HR systems and improve reporting automation
Present insights through clear dashboards, reports, and storytelling that influence decision-making
Design and improve the end-to-end employee lifecycle experience from onboarding to exit
Lead employee listening initiatives such as engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and feedback forums
Translate employee feedback into actionable programs that improve morale, belonging, and satisfaction
Partner with internal teams to strengthen culture, inclusion, and communication practices
Drive initiatives that enhance employee wellbeing, recognition, and workplace flexibility
Identify moments that matter in the employee journey and improve process touchpoints
Use analytics to evaluate effectiveness of HR programs and recommend improvements
Support performance management processes with data insights and fairness metrics
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to improve hiring experience and candidate journey metrics
Improve policy effectiveness through employee-centric design and feedback loops
Lead automation and digital HR initiatives to simplify employee interactions
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders on workforce trends and engagement health
Work closely with HRBPs to design data-backed people interventions
Enable managers with insights and tools to improve team engagement and performance
Support leadership reviews with analytics-driven workforce narratives
Improvement in employee engagement and experience scores
Reduction in regretted attrition
Increased manager effectiveness through people insights
Adoption of analytics dashboards across leadership teams
Measurable improvements in key employee lifecycle touchpoints
Increased HR process efficiency through automation
6–8 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Operations, or Employee Experience roles
Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization
Experience running engagement surveys and translating insights into people programs
Ability to combine quantitative insights with qualitative employee feedback
Strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills
Familiarity with HRMS systems and people analytics tools
High empathy and employee-first mindset with strong business acumen
