The Change Management Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring strategic initiatives are successfully adopted across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing enterprise change strategies that drive stakeholder alignment, leadership engagement, organizational readiness, communications, capability building, and long-term adoption. Success in this role requires balancing people, process, and business priorities to help organizations realize the full value of transformation investments.

Lead Enterprise Change Strategy
Develop and execute end-to-end change strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new operating models, processes, technologies, and ways of working.
Integrate change management into program execution, aligning with business objectives, implementation roadmaps, and organizational priorities.
Drive Organizational Readiness and Adoption
Assess organizational readiness by identifying adoption risks, stakeholder impacts, capability gaps, and resistance, and implement mitigation plans to ensure business readiness.
Consult & govern enablement and adoption programs that equip employees to successfully transition to new ways of working.
Partner with Leaders and Stakeholders
Build stakeholder engagement and executive sponsorship strategies that drive alignment, commitment, and accountability across leadership and cross-functional teams.
Coach leaders on effective change leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Lead meaningful conversations with business leaders on transformation program governance, decision-making, and negotiating resolution, using strong business judgment, situational awareness, and executive presence to read the room, steer discussions toward desired outcomes, and flag issues or red flags early.
Lead Change Communications
Develop and deliver executive communications, leadership messaging, presentations, toolkits, and communication plans that clearly articulate the transformation vision, business rationale, progress, and expected outcomes.
Ensure consistent, transparent, and aligned messaging across stakeholder groups.

7–10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Business Transformation, Strategy, Program Management, Organizational Development, Human Capital Consulting, or Business Operations within a global technology or SaaS organization.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Management, or a related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives, including organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, executive communications, adoption, learning, and capability-building programs.
Strong expertise in change management frameworks such as PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent methodologies.
Demonstrated success partnering with Director, VP, and Executive-level stakeholders, with exceptional facilitation, executive communication, and influencing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience measuring adoption, organizational health, and change effectiveness through defined KPIs and metrics.
Experience operating in highly matrixed, fast-paced organizations and collaborating across multiple business functions.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex matrix environments, resolve conflict constructively, and bring strong business acumen and street-smart judgment to transformation governance discussions.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern collaboration platforms; experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude to enhance communications, enablement, and change planning is highly desirable.
PROSCI Change Management, PMP, Agile, Lean, or equivalent professional certification.
Experience in Management Consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, Accenture, EY, PwC, KPMG) or leading enterprise digital transformation, operating model redesign, organizational design, workforce transformation, or technology implementation initiatives.
