The opportunity

The Data & Insights – Tooling & Reporting team plays a critical role in providing leadership with timely, accurate, and actionable business intelligence. This role transforms complex operational data into executive-ready dashboards, reports, and strategic insights that improve portfolio visibility, strengthen governance, and support better business decisions.

What you’ll be doing**

Build Executive Reporting and Dashboards

  • Design and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that provide real-time visibility into portfolio performance, strategic initiatives, financial metrics, resource utilization, risks, and business outcomes.

  • Develop intuitive visualization and standardized reporting frameworks that improve executive understanding and decision-making.

Deliver Strategic Insights

  • Analyze business and portfolio data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes, translating findings into concise, decision-ready insights and recommendations.

  • Support executive reviews, governance forums, business reviews, and strategic planning with timely, high-quality reporting and presentations.

Automate and Optimize Reporting

  • Partner with Data and Automation teams to build automated reporting pipelines, self service analytics, and scalable reporting solutions that improve speed, accuracy and operational efficiency.

  • Continuously enhance reporting processes, visualization standards, and user experience.

Ensure Data Quality and Governance

  • Validate data accuracy completeness, and consistency across dashboards and reports, resolving anomalies in collaboration with data owners.

  • Maintain reporting standards that ensure reliable trusted, and governance-aligned executive reporting.

Partner Across Business

  • Collaborate with Strategy, Finance, Operations, Product, Technology, Resource Management, and Program teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions and actionable insights.

  • Support cross-functional initiatives through timely reporting, analysis, and business intelligence.

Advance Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Develop analytical models, reporting capabilities, and recommendations that strengthen portfolio governance and enable faster, evidence-based executive decisions.

Stay current with modern BI tools, reporting technologies, AI-enabled analytics, and visualization best practices to continuously improve enterprise reporting.

What we want from you

  • 4–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, Business Operations, Strategy, Portfolio Reporting, or Management Consulting within a global technology or SaaS organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, reports, and business intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making.

  • Strong expertise in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and modern data visualization, reporting, and analytics tools.

  • Solid understanding of KPI frameworks, business performance measurement, portfolio reporting, and executive governance.

  • Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, data visualization, and storytelling skills, with exceptional attention to data quality, reporting accuracy, and executive communication.

  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced, matrixed environments to deliver actionable business insights.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted reporting, predictive analytics, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Analytics, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar modern analytics platforms.

  • Experience supporting executive leadership, enterprise transformation, strategic planning, or portfolio management initiatives; consulting experience, Agile delivery, data governance, and relevant BI certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate) are advantageous.
