The opportunity

The PMO – Value, AI & Measurement plays a pivotal role in ensuring that transformation investments deliver tangible business value. This role establishes the measurement framework that connects strategy to execution, defines success metrics, tracks value realization, and equips executive leadership with the insights needed to make informed decisions. In addition, the role drives adoption of AI-enabled measurement and reporting capabilities to modernize portfolio governance and accelerate decision-making.

What you’ll be doing**

**

Build Enterprise Measurement and Governance

  • Own the enterprise measurement strategy by defining KPI framework, success metrics, leading indicators, governance standards, reporting cadence, and executive accountability across strategic initiatives.

  • Establish portfolio health metrics that enable objective prioritization, investment decisions, and governance.

Drive Value Realization

  • Partner with business leaders to define measurable outcomes, develop benefits realization frameworks, track financial and operational impact against business cases, and deliver executive value realization dashboards.

Enable AI-Powered Insights

  • Leverage AI and predictive analytics to enhance forecasting, KPI measurement, executive reporting, portfolio intelligence, and decision support in partnership with Data Science, Analytics, and Automation teams.

Deliver Executive Performance Reporting

  • Design executive dashboards and balanced scorecards that provide predictive insights into portfolio health, delivery performance, business value, adoption, financial, customer, workforce, and operational metrics.

Partner Across the Enterprise

  • Collaborate with Strategy, Finance, Operations, Resource Management, Data and Insights Automation, and business leaders to standardize measurement methodologies, align performance metrics, and drive consistent governance.

  • Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills with the ability to drive meaningful conversations with business leaders, navigate competing priorities, read the room, lead discussions toward desired outcomes, and proactively surface issues or red flags early.

Build Scalable Measurement Capability

  • Develop repeatable measurement frameworks, governance processes, templates, and reporting standards that improve organizational maturity and support future strategic initiatives.

Drive Data-Informed Decisions

  • Translate complex portfolio data into actionable executive insights by identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and leading indicators, enabling proactive business decisions.

What we want from you

  • **8-12 years of **experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Transformation, Portfolio Management, PMO, Business Analytics, Value Management, or Management Consulting within a global technology or SaaS organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Technology, or a related field; MBA or strategic transformation experience preferred

  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or strategic initiatives with measurable business outcomes.

  • Demonstrated expertise in designing KPI frameworks, executive scorecards, OKRs, value realization models, and portfolio governance mechanisms.

  • Strong understanding of business performance management, transformation governance, executive reporting, benefits realization, and portfolio management.

  • Experience partnering with executive level stakeholders to influence decisions and drive cross-functional alignment.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization, forecasting, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled business intelligence.

  • Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, Anaplan, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar, and collaborating with Data and AI teams to operationalize business insights.

  • Strong commercial acumen, executive communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, decision-ready recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent experience in enterprise strategy, business transformation, consulting or strategy and operations management.**• Experience implementing enterprise KPI frameworks, OKRs, balanced scorecards, value realization, or portfolio governance models. • Familiarity with Agile portfolio management, digital transformation, AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude), SQL, Power Platform or modern analytics technologies.
