Work through prioritized technical debt within an established web application.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues independently, escalating or collaborating when needed.

Work within an established sprint cadence, taking ownership of assigned work from definition through completion.
Partner closely with backend engineering, QA, and Production to align on priorities, dependencies, and delivery.

Proactively surface technical risks, blockers, or dependencies that could impact delivery.
Senior-level experience as a Frontend or Full Stack Developer building and maintaining production digital experiences.
Experience building modern web applications with Next.js, TailwindCSS and Typscript
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
Experience working within established codebases and addressing technical debt.
