This is a senior, delivery-first role for an experienced engagement professional who thrives in complex, multi-workstream environments. As Senior Project Manager you will be the operational backbone of our Australian client engagements - running the end-to-end delivery engine while working in close partnership with onshore Engagement Managers and the Director of Client Partnerships.
You will not just execute - you will elevate. You bring strong project management rigour, a continuous improvement mindset, and enough client-facing capability to contribute meaningfully to stakeholder conversations when needed. You thrive on building systems, identifying delivery gaps, and setting the standard for how work gets done.
Take end-to-end accountability for the delivery of complex, multi-workstream data and analytics engagements across the Australian client portfolio.
Own the project management lifecycle — scoping, planning, resourcing, execution, quality assurance, and closure — across multiple concurrent accounts.
Define and enforce delivery standards, change control procedures, and escalation frameworks across all active engagements.
Maintain real-time visibility of delivery health across your accounts — proactively flag risks, resolve blockers, and manage competing priorities.
Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and delivery reviews with offshore squads — keep momentum high and accountability clear.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and recurring delivery issues — then build systems, templates, and playbooks to fix them at scale.
Establish repeatable delivery frameworks that can be adopted across the wider team — onboarding, QA checklists, handover protocols, and more.
Run retrospectives and lessons learned sessions after key delivery milestones, turning insight into action.
Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the delivery team.
Work with the Director of Client Partnerships to shape the delivery operating model as the team grows.
Partner closely with onshore Engagement Managers to ensure delivery context is clearly communicated to clients at all times.
Participate in client-facing delivery reviews, QBRs, and milestone presentations where appropriate — contribute to the narrative around delivery progress and next steps.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with onshore counterparts — no surprises, ever.
Support SOW scoping by providing accurate effort estimates, resource plans, and delivery assumptions based on hands-on experience.
Operate within agreed SOW scope and budget — track actuals vs. estimates and flag variances early.
Enforce scope governance rigorously — identify out-of-scope requests, assess impact, and feed back into the commercial conversation with the Engagement Manager.
Contribute to accurate and timely invoicing by providing delivery milestones, hours logged, and completion sign-offs.
6+ years in technical project delivery, engagement management, or digital consulting — preferably in data, analytics, or MarTech
Proven ability to run complex, multi-workstream projects with strict governance, change control, and quality standards.
Track record of identifying delivery problems and building systems to solve them — not just fixing the symptom.
Experience leading and developing offshore or cross-functional teams. Comfortable holding people accountable with empathy.
Strong understanding of data and analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics, GCP, BigQuery, etc.). Able to QA technical outputs.
Clear, structured communicator — able to synthesise delivery complexity into concise updates for onshore EMs and client stakeholders
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Exposure to Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience running hybrid delivery models.
Experience building and scaling delivery processes in a consulting or professional services context.
Familiarity with platform ecosystem: Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar highly desirable
Experience working with Australian enterprise clients or in a global delivery model would be a plus
