Junior / Mid-weight Motion Designer

Job Description

If you're as confident producing traditional motion graphics in After Effects as you are combining generative AI with your production knowledge to bring a storyboard to life, we want to hear from you.

You'll work collaboratively on projects, from concept development through to production, alongside our motion designers, editors and artworkers. You'll work with a range of traditional and evolving platforms to push creativity further and make the work better, not just faster, while bringing top-class motion craft to everything you touch.

As part of our studio team, you'll deliver high-quality motion graphics across our full range of clients, using AI where it makes the work stronger and being just as comfortable working without it when projects call for a more traditional approach.

What you'll be doing

• You'll deliver high-quality creative across motion graphics and editing, producing
• polished, production-ready work at pace
• Work with our creative team to bring storyboards to life through a mix of traditional skills
• and when required, generative AI
• Work within our established production workflows
• Present work confidently
• Share your knowledge and help the team around you succeed

What we're looking for

• Strong motion craft; After Effects and Premiere Pro are second nature; editing and
• grading knowledge is a serious bonus as is an interest in generative AI and how it
• integrates with traditional skill
• The ability to work on large-scale projects without losing quality or pace
• A communicator who can translate technical concepts into plain English for clients and
• colleagues alike
• Someone who embraces new tools and sees them as a way to raise the bar
• Excellent attention to detail
• Adaptable, curious and hungry for knowledge
