Senior Motion Designer

Job Description

We're on the hunt for a Senior Motion Designer who's mastered the craft of bringing creative concepts to life and gets a buzz out of how AI can enhance what they do.

Someone who can provide creative and technical solutions across a range of exciting clients and help the team around you develop new ways of working as our industry evolves.

As a senior member of our studio team, you'll deliver high-quality motion graphics and 3D across a range of accounts.

What you'll be doing

• You'll be just as confident following a traditional workflow as you are incorporating generative AI into your work.
• You'll work with cross-departmental teams to see large productions through to broadcast
• You'll deliver high-quality creative across motion graphics and 3D, owning ambitious jobs end-to-end and setting the standard for production-ready work at pace, backed by real skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro and Cinema 4D
• Interrogate briefs and storyboards, spotting creative and technical issues before they become problems, and proactively suggest improvements to the production phase of client projects
• Work fluently within our bespoke workflows and pipelines, improving them through research and development
• Use your experience and knowledge to contribute during both creative and post-production phases
• Present work confidently, internally and alongside our account handling teams to clients

What we're looking for

• Strong motion craft; After Effects, Premiere Pro and Cinema 4D are second nature.
• An interest in generative AI and how it integrates with traditional skill is a bonus
• The ability to own large-scale projects end-to-end without losing quality or pace
• A communicator who can translate technical concepts into plain English for clients and
• colleagues alike
• Someone who embraces new tools and sees them as a way to raise the bar
• Excellent attention to detail
• Adaptable, curious and hungry for knowledge
• Someone who enjoys helping others develop and learn
