As we continue to expand our client portfolio, invest in our services and grow our team, we're looking for a Managing Director to help shape the next chapter of the business.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Board, the Managing Director will lead the day-to-day operation of the agency, working closely with senior leaders across media, digital, creative, production, sales and client services.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious agency leader to join an established independent business with strong foundations, a talented team and significant opportunities for future growth.

Key Responsibilities include

• Lead and develop the agency's senior leadership team, providing direction and support to shape and deliver the agency's long-term strategic objectives.
• Lead sales strategy and new business activity, strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand the agency's client base and service offering.
• Oversee operational delivery across the agency, ensuring the business is equipped to scale effectively.
• Foster a positive and collaborative culture across the business.
• Partner with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, thought leadership and market positioning, helping to strengthen CNS Media's profile within the industry.

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a marketing, media, advertising or communications agency
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and organisational performance
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Passion for building culture, inspiring teams, developing people and delivering client success
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to leadership
